Hello.

I’m Tory, a fourth-year doctoral candidate at the University of Nevada, Reno.

My research focuses on employee voice—how, when, and why people speak up (or don’t) in groups, and what both the voicer and others learn from those behaviors. My goal is to help expand our understanding of voice so organizations can create environments where speaking up is embraced, leading to better individual and organizational outcomes.

I also study how technology influences research, decision-making, and organizational processes, with a particular focus on how the quality of technology implementation shapes outcomes.

When I’m not researching or teaching, I’m probably climbing, camping, capturing photos, or chasing open roads.
